The Conwood Juliet Trolley Duffle is very well made with very sturdy wheels with proper bearings which should withstand years of use. The extendable metal handle feel a bit flimsy and could be improved upon although it gave no problems on a three week overseas holiday. One real improvement that, in my opinion, is necessary is the provision of protective studs on the opposite side of the handles. One tends to let the bag stand on that side in busses and/or trains where floor space is limited. It is also much more covenient to grab a handle when the bag is loaded and standing upright. I would have given it a 5 star rating was it not for the two issues mentioned.
